OTC焊接機器人的使用優(yōu)勢介紹

1.出現(xiàn)偏焊問題:可能為焊接的位置不正確或焊槍尋找時出現(xiàn)問題。這時候,就要考慮TCP(焊槍中心點位置)是否是正確的,并且加以調(diào)整。假如頻繁出現(xiàn)這種情況就要檢查一下機器人各軸的零位置,中心校零予以修正。
